21.1 Suspension by Buyer
合同由买方中止
Buyer may at any time after the Start of Delivery Time date instruct Supplier by written Notice to suspend progress of part or all of the Work. Upon receipt of such written Notice of suspension, for such time or times and in such manner as Buyer may consider necessary, Supplier shall comply with such instruction and shall during such suspension properly protect, store and secure the affected Equipment, materials, engineering documentation and Work or part thereof against any deterioration, loss or damage.
买方可以在交付时间之日开始后的任何时候向供应商发出书面通知，指示供应商中止部分或全部工作的进度。接到中止的书面通知后，供应商应以买方认为必要的时间和方式遵守该指示，并在中止期间适当地保护、储存和确保未受到影响的设备、材料、设计文件和工作或其任何部分不受任何腐烂、丢失或损坏。
In such case, Supplier shall be entitled to an extension of time for completion and delivery of the Equipment and to payment of all costs incurred in connection with the suspension.
在这种情形下，供应商有权要求对设备的完工和交付时间进行展延，有权要求买方支付有关中止而发生的全部费用。
In case the duration of suspension exceeds ninety (90) days and Buyer fails to order resumption of the suspended Work, the Parties may terminate the Contract. In such case Supplier shall be compensated for the Work performed through the date of termination (including cancellation and demobilisation cost).
如果中止时间超过九十天，而买方没有指示恢复交付被中止的工作，则合同双方可以终止本合同。在此种情形下，供应商应就直到终止之日履行完的工作得到赔偿（包括取消费和遣散费）。
